Motion: BMS enters into an auspice arrangement with Bloom Cycle / Zoe. The conditions of this auspice arrangement are that Zoe is permitted to apply for grants on behalf of BMS, as long as any grant applications are sighted and approved by a member of the committee before being submitted. All grant payments should be paid into the BMS account, and any services Bloom Cycle / Zoe have been contracted to deliver on our behalf can be paid from those funds.

Motion: BMS enters into an agreement with Bloom Cycle / Zoe for a semi-permanent loan of her laser cutter with the following conditions:
- It will become managed and cared for by BMS volunteers in line with our other digital fabrication tools.
- BMS will be responsible for general maintenance, upgrades, managing inductions and similar, in consultation with Bloom Cycle / Zoe (though permission for said things cannot be unreasonably withheld). Bloom Cycle / Zoe have offered to cover the cost of installing the ducting for both machines (up to a reasonable amount as discussed).
- It will operate under the standard laser cutter induction requirements, in addition to a minimum supervised hours requirement (to be agreed on between Zoe and BMS) before general members can use it.
- Zoe will retain priority use of her machine while it sits on site, though this must not be unreasonably used.
- In exchange for the laser cutter loan, Zoe is entitled to a free co-working desk and storage shelf in accordance with our co-working membership.

Jaymin: We can be nice and round it up to 6 months.
Jaymin: Based on the information we know, we're likely to accept the offer.
Sophie: The amount of months I would like, it is still to be decided.
Sophie: I have connections where we can run a charity raffle, which can be a major money maker. We could make a cool one-off something as it'll be likely to sell raffle tickets very well.
Rosemary: I haven't been doing my volunteer agreement.
Jaymin: You can just come as Sophie's guest.
