Brisbane Makerspace is a safe space. We do not tolerate discrimination or other behaviour that makes any member feel unsafe. Our code of conduct and safe space policy applies to this and all meetings.
Adam raises the motion of making Garry and Anna full executive members, effectively changing their roles to Vice-Head Maker and Vice Treasurer/Co-Treasurer respectively.

This mutually exclusive motion invalidates the other option:
Anna and Garry remain subordinates/shadows of their respective roles.
Adam motions to formalize the bank account to the new (current) executive committee, minus Dave Mac. Greg seconds.

Adam: We are still waiting on keys, which is waiting on Plate Glass Insurance, which we are arranging with our insurance broker; NFP Brokers.

Garry: We think we'll be closed for about 2-3 weeks.
Adam: Drew and Jaimyn availabilities will focus on when we do what.
Steph: Anyone wanting to help out?
Avi: There is a significant willingness to help out from the membershipbase from my (her) side.
Anna: We should extend the current lease at the current place by a month.
Adam: NoiseNet will move their stuff themselves, and will want to stay in one spot for as long as possible to avoid interrupting their business.
Adam: People should start packaging, and not bringing any more things into the space.
Avi: Remember to take your stuff
Timothy: Remember to start inventorying our bigger/expensive equipment
Anna: I've already started taking inventory. Will put it online in a member-only page.
Anna: We could create a junkyard/graveyard channel for people stuff wanting to donate things, such as broken devices.
Anna: Soft deadline for junking stuff would be roughly a month after posting.
Timothy: We should not be storing junk at the makerspace.
