ownership tagging for any non-BMS equipment in the workshop
write mandatory general induction for workshop - then inductions on individual tools
put up DR ABCD first aid chart and cut/crush charts in particular
think about setting up St Johns 6 monthly visit to ensure first aid is filled up - or task for BMS staff to audit
