If you're the last person, we ask that you close up the space and put everything back
- Ensure all the chairs in the coworking area are under the desk.
- Check the tables for any rubbish and put them into the trash can.
Committee members will ensure that there is always a trash bag available.
- Ensure all Windows are closed. There are only two accessible Windows; the one overlooking the carpark (next to the server) and the one next to the door overlooking the street.
- Ensure toilet and meeting room lights are off.
- Press "Off" on the omni-remote (white square on the wall next to the door).
If in case the remote is not working as expected:
- Turn off the light switches (they can be found on the incove occupied by the black shelves (just follow the wall until you reach a corner).
- Turn off the air-conditioners. Their remotes can typically be found nearby.
- Streetside Aircon: The remote is usually on top of the black cabinet behind the rentable desks.
- Carparkside Aircon: The remote is usually on top of the server rack (which is next to the window on the electronics bench.
- Hit 'Pause' on the smart speaker (it is on the black shelf).
